•  Full details where any gas meter, gas pipework or gas appliances have failed the safety inspection and a no obligation quote for work needed to ensure your gas appliances pass the inspection.
• In accordance with Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Amendment) Regulations 2022 we are obligated to replace any CO or Smoke Alarms that are out of date or faulty, If this is the case, we will contact you from site to advise you that they need changing. If however, we are unable to contact you whilst we are on site we will replace the alarm(s) to prevent the certificate failing and add them to the cost of the booking.
